Visitors to the Club

Spreading the word

The Keymer Folk Dance Club always welcomes visitors. Regular club members are very welcome to invite their friends to a club night. Those who have been to barn dances or ceilidhs will be familiar with the style and will know how much fun can be had. Unlike ballroom dancing or line dancing, this type of dance is popular because of the social element – you’re always dancing with different people, not just your partner. We welcome many people who come on their own and they soon find new friends.
We start the 2023-2024 season with an afternoon dance at Keymer Church Hall, Churchmead, Hassocks BN6 8BN on Sunday 3rd September. It starts at 2.30 with Sean Goddard calling with a live band.
The next meeting is on Monday 18th September, when all dances will be led by Club Callers
The following meeting will be on 2nd October.
